Who We Are?

Shri Anand Prakash Sharma with his two sons namely Sh. Nikhil Vats and Shri Daman Vats, engaged in the manufacturing business of Crushers and Khandsari as the ancestral business of the family, switched over to the manufacturing business of Paper and Paper Board at the end of Ninteen Hundred Eightees. Shri Anand Prakash Sharma along with his sons and brothers put up a manufacturing Unit in 1990 under the name of ANAND DUPLEX PVT. LTD. at 9 th Km., Mawana Road, Village Saini, Meerut to manufacture KRAFT PAPER based on Agricultural products using Baggasse, Wheat Straw, Old Gunny Bags etc. as the Raw Material.

The Unit started manufacturing activities during May 1991 with an Installed Capacity of just 15 MT per day coming out to around 5400 MT per annum. The Unit got Long Term finances from PICUP/ UPFC for purchase of Plant & Machinery and Building etc. and Working Capital from Punjab National Bank Meerut. The Unit ran very successfully and another Unit was put up during 1995 to manufacture DUPLEX BOARD in the same location at adjoining piece of Land purchased for the purpose. The Company has a Land Area totaling 67,000 Square Yards spread over for both these Units.

This newly put up Unit was named Unit II and the Installed Capacity of the Plant put up was 50 MT per day coming out to 18,000 MT per Annum. The Unit is Waste Paper based and had installed 2 MW Turbine for in house generation of Power & Electricity to feed both the old and new Units. The Company got Long Term Finances from IDBI besides UPFC and Working Capital facilities from Punjab National Bank, Meerut.
